1. Service
PingFusi provides a human review loop for AI agents through an MCP integration. The service lets an agent request feedback from real reviewers and return that feedback to the agent context.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Plans and billing
The monthly plan is billed in US dollars through Stripe and renews until canceled. Each billing period includes 100 review credits. Unused credits do not roll over.
4. Review capacity
Review requests may wait in a queue. Capacity, response time and reviewer availability can vary, and the service may adjust limits to keep it available for all users.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use PingFusi to send unlawful content, credentials, payment-card data, malware or material you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service online, but it is provided as is and features may change while we improve it.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel from the billing page. Access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when a subscription renews applies to that billing period.
